Certificate in IT Support [NZQA Level 5]
This course is designed for individuals whishing to enter into the IT industry, or gain the necessary skills to implement and support an IT environment. The course covers computer hardware, software, and networking (system building, integration, and support).
It is delivered with 'lecture style' learning, and practical, hands-on labs.
Students will enjoy a classroom based environment which includes interactive discussions, practical labs, and multimedia presentations. The facility includes computer labs and technician work bays.
